I AM SICK AND TIRED
The television channels, the news, the social networks, the radios are filled with terror news, Charlie Hebdo, people being beheaded, World War Three warnings from the ex-Russian President Gorbachev, dollar collapses, and the world going completely mad.
It is sad and heartbreaking to keep hearing all this dark news and we need to do something about it.
But what?
Revenge?
Attack?
Join the Marines?
Buy a gun?
Buy gold?
What?
Well of course something needs to happen because this nonsense needs to stop. However, before you decide to do something about it, do something about yourself.
What I mean is that before you try to resolve the world affairs and bring peace you must find peace within yourself.
Do you have anger, frustration, and resentment inside yourself? Do you have fear? Do you carry guilt?
Do you feel that your life has no real meaning? Have you been betrayed by your friends or your partner? Do you struggle financially? Is sickness and diseases hunting you?
You see there is constantly a real war and chaos within each individual and THIS NEEDS TO STOP NOW before you stop any war abroad.
To get peace of mind and emotional tranquility is a difficult war to win in life and yet the most rewarding.
When you have this peace everything outside yourself will start changing and what used to be a problem will be solved. What it used to be sad will become joy.

You see, let me tell you something about myself…. I came to live in the United States from Italy about 23 years ago. Since then I have touched the bottom many times. So much that I needed to find desperately the LIGHT.
Since then I traveled to Asia, to South America, to Australia, to Africa, around Europe and North America. I went to every corner of the world to every continent to study religions, martial arts, music, acting, dancing, psychology, fitness languages, meditation, anti-aging , yoga, alchemy, chi gong, tantra, healings of all kinds, read the bible from cover to cover four times, read the gita, read the guru Guru Granth Sahib, and over a thousand other books, drove motorcycles, cars, trucks, airplanes; I had friends and enemies; I have been loved and hated; I have lost and won; I have been rich and poor; I have been a sinner and a saint; I lived my life FULLY.
I tell you this not because I want to impress you. I tell you this because I want you to know how much I searched because I too have been sick and tired for most of my life.
I told myself: I will not stop until I find what is real.
I’m the kind of person that lives on the edge and I play for real. I like poetry but I get bored with cheap talks.
Well I have to say that these days, despite last year for me was not very easy, I have a lot of love and peace within my heart. Because when you seek you shall find and I found many answers.
For instance, I found the power of the Holy Spirit, I found meditation, I found MY SELF…….
Yes, I was able to know me and to be with me and I realize that I don’t need to search all around the world; and I need anything because I already have everything I need within myself.
I feel totally drunk with life itself.
To get to this point I went through a lot. My heart has broken so many times and sometimes pain was so unbearable but I tell you what…..
Mother Nature helped me a lot.
I just got back from a month in silence in a remote jungle and there I decided to change and improve everything I am doing.
