It’s like running on the treadmill, you keep on “running and running” and getting nowhere.
Sometimes we get really angry and we ask to ourselves WHY??
Why do I have to struggle so much?
Why is it so hard to succeed in anything?
There is an answer to this:
Perhaps we are not listening to the messages of the spirit.
Folks, I really don’t care what your Religious or spiritual affiliation is, the fact is that we are all “spirits having a physical experience”.
So when things are not working in our life it is because we are not listening to the messages coming from the spirit and we stubbornly only want to follow our EGO no matter what.
I will give you an example some years ago I was asked to create an infomercial for my weight loss program. On the day that I was scheduled to meet all the people that were involved, meet their lawyer and sign a deal that I was very excited and anxious about.
That very morning of the appointment when I got up I was feeling so very happy….then the morning changed quite suddenly when I discovered my miniature Pomeranian was very sick and barely moving.
Now you could have given me 1 million dollar in that moment but I loved my little ” fluff ball ” so much that I immediately rushed her to the vet and had to cancel my ” important appointment ” and reschedule it for the following week.
While I was waiting at the animal hospital I was thinking to myself how UNFAIR life is and why is it that my dog chose to get sick right on THAT VERY IMPORTANT DAY.
Thank God, after a few hours waiting my dog came out with the doctor with a very happy wagging tail 
….. She had just got a bout of indigestion because as a glutton that she was, she had also eaten the food of my neighbor’s dog on the previous day.
During that week of waiting for my moment to meet the people from the infomercial deal, everything made sense.
I met with my attorney and he told me that deal was very bad for me and that this people were trying to rip me off.
So the week later I decided to back off and I did not sign the deal.
What I’m trying to tell you here is that the spirit is in constant communication with us try to guide us always toward what is the best for us.
My ego was so blind that I wanted to rush into the deal and nothing would have stopped me that day from going to that “meeting” but my dog.
Indian American tribes were so in touch with nature that they knew very well that EVERYTHING HAPPEN FOR A REASON… to the point that they learned how to read all these messages coming from the universe through the animals that they would encounter.
Carl Jung called these language synchronicities. They knew that every sign of the universe had messages in it.
By the way, this is also a biblical principal;
“Just ask the animals, and they will teach you. Ask the birds of the sky, and they will tell you.”
Job 12:7
This is a Language that is so important to learn!
Once you learn the language of the spirit you will enter into the FLOW of life and everything will unfold almost magically with no effort, stress and struggle.
Doors will open easy and you will meet the right people at the right time.
Here how to read those messages.
1) Acknowledge that the spirit wants to protect you and teach you life lesson to grow, learn and fulfill your purpose in this life.
2) Ask yourself the following questions:
• What is this situation or event trying to teach me?
• Why did it happen to me?
• Are there any lessons I can learn from this experience?
• Does it have any relevance to my past or present?
• Can I label the feeling and connect it to my past?
• Why is this happening?
Every single thing that happens in your life including a bird pooping on your head might have a big message for you.
3) After you ask yourself these questions listen to the first message that comes from your INTUITION.
4) Be careful because your ego wants usually something different than what your intuition tells you. Your intuition is usually the first message that comes to you without you thinking, when you wait for longer than 2 minutes what happens is you will get into your head and start to listen to your EGO.
5)In your morning prayers ask the spirit to guide you throughout the day and to show you the way.
6) Don’t get superstitious! Superstition is based in fear and the ego.
If a black cat crosses the street in front of you don’t get crazy and run over the poor kitten! It might only be a message to remind you or bring awareness to maybe the fact that you should not text and drive
We were not born to struggle with everything in life, we were born to prosper, to love and to live with health and Joy.
When we are under too much stress and things are not working it is because we are not “listening” to this universal language.
So today I invite you to stop “see” and “listen”.
