You as a human being are made of three important things.
1. Body
2. Soul (mind-emotion-will)
3. Spirit
Your body is the visible part of you and the Soul and the Spirit is the invisible part of you.
One point to always remember is that:
The invisible creates the visible!
That’s right, whether you want increase your finances or build a strong, ripped and solid body you will have to work with the invisible before you work on the visible.
What is interesting is that for the past 10 years I had stopped going to the gym because of my work load and even though it was not a good choice I still kept myself in good shape simply by working on my mind and strengthening my spirit.
Since you are one of the people that read my blogs whether you like it or not, you are already in training to be a SUPER BEING.
A SUPER BEING is an individual that expresses its full potential in every area of his/her life.
To begin this journey the first step is to be HEALTHY and to keep your body in SUPER SHAPE.
My blog today is to encourage you to do that!
I would like for you to start to take your body and health VERY SERIOUSLY and start a program
So you can achieve the BODY OF YOUR DREAMS.
Believe it or not I started my journey as a teacher 26 years ago when I was a trainer for body builders. I had always been an athlete and at the age of 18 I won the Italian championship of body building in the heavy weight category.
I worked hard and transformed my body into super shape not just by physical workouts but by applying the principle of the Invisible creates the visible.
So I learned how to talk to my body.
Here a few points to start your training
• 15% is exercise. 40% is nutrition. 45% is your thinking.
• You MUST begin your training by apologizing to your body. As I said earlier everything has consciousness so if you talk to your body, your body will listen, and chances are that you have not been very nice to your body for a long time.
1. You eat Junk food.
2. You did not rest enough.
3. You did not exercise.
4. You ingested chemicals.
5. You drank too much alcohol.
6. You eat too much.
7. You did not stretch.
8. You drank too much coffee.
The affirmation here is: “I apologize body for not loving you. I now love you and I respect you”
• Start to eat healthy as of NOW and here is what I mean by this:
1. Eat organic.
2. Cut out sugar.
3. Eat small frequent meals.
4. The affirmation here before you eat is: “this food is filling every single cell of my body with a supernatural energy”
• Make sure you have one or two bowel movements a day.
(If you don’t you will feel fatigue and mental confusion)
The affirmation here is: “I digest every kind of food and my body absorbs all the nutrients and flushes out all the toxins with ease”
• Drink plenty of water ( VERY IMPORTANT …AND IF YOU NEED TO GOTO THE BATHROOM MORE OFTEN SO WHAT ….YOUR HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT)
2 glasses when you wake up in the morning. 2 glasses before you go to bed and keep drinking throughout the day.
At the end of the day make sure you drank your ONE GALLON of pure water.
The affirmation here is: “my body is perfectly hydrated, I have all the essential minerals and vitamins and my kidneys will naturally flush out all the toxins with ease”
